What documents do I need to rent a car?
Your passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP). An IDP is required for all foreign renters. No credit card is needed.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit of 2,000 THB is paid when you receive the car and returned within 24 hours after you return it.
Do you offer weekly and monthly rentals?
Yes. Weekly (7-day) prices are shown for every car. For monthly rentals, please message us on WhatsApp or LINE for a special quote.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. Delivery and collection are free within Mueang Surin district, including Surin railway station and the bus terminal. Delivery hours are 7:00–20:00 every day. Delivery to other districts is available for a fee.
How is a rental day counted?
One rental day is 24 hours. You may return the car up to 2 hours late at no extra charge.
Can I drive to other provinces?
Yes. There is no minimum rental for driving within Surin and Buriram. For other provinces, a minimum rental of 3–5 days applies depending on your destination.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every car includes CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance at no extra cost. An excess (deductible) of 3,000 THB applies only if you are at fault or there is no other party involved.
How do I pay?
You pay the rental and deposit when you receive the car, by PromptPay, bank transfer or cash. There is no booking fee, except during festivals or for bookings made more than one month in advance, which require an advance deposit.
